Week 1 Prayer Focus
“This, then, is how you should pray: “’Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Matthew 6:9-10
Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name. For the LORD is good and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues through all generations. Psalms 100:4-5 Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus. 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18
Each day for the next 7 days, let's continually be intentional and prayerfully mindful: - Of The Lord's unique position of alone being God, He is Holy. - Inviting Him to have full sway in our lives, congregation, and community, and seek to cooperate with Him. - Throughout each day be continually looking for and remembering what you are Thankful for, big or small. Be, in constant thankful mode. Pause at least 3 times a day to take account and Give Praise. Try to keep a journal, whether digital or paper... The point is to discipline our minds and hearts to be continually Grateful. For the LORD is good and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues through all generations! May the Lord Bless you this week as we seek Him Together, Pastor Jon
